P3 Plant is a family business. The same family has been digging, draining and concreting in Cheshire and on the Wirral for more than forty years, and the work still goes out under the family name.
That has practical consequences for anyone letting a package to us. The estimator who prices your job sits in the same building as the director who signs it off and the fitter who maintains the machine that turns up on site. Nothing is farmed out to a call centre or a broker. When something goes wrong on a Friday afternoon, there is one number to ring and the person who answers can make a decision.
We take jobs of every size. A driveway and a housing development go through the same process: measured take-off, fixed-price bill of quantities, director sign-off. The small ones matter because they are how most clients meet us.
We hold Once For All SSIP accreditation and we are a Constructionline Silver member, so buyers can pre-qualify us without a fresh safety questionnaire.

Not a supervisor, not a site manager. Every price out and every handover in gets read and signed by the director. On a domestic driveway as much as a housing development. It is slower than the alternative and it is the reason we get asked back.
The estimating team
Our estimators measure from your drawings and produce a fixed-price bill of quantities you can tender against. They will also tell you what the drawing has missed, which is usually worth more than the price itself.
