In-house estimating
Send drawings. Get a fixed-price bill of quantities.
Our estimators work in this office, not for a subcontractor. They measure from your drawings, price the work item by item and return a fixed bill of quantities you can put straight into a tender. If something on the drawing does not stack up, you hear about it before you price the job, not after you win it.

You send the set. We confirm the same working day that we have everything we need to price.

Measured take-off
Quantities measured off the drawing: excavation, concrete, reinforcement, drainage runs, chambers, surfacing.

Fixed-price bill of quantities
Priced item by item with rates you can interrogate, plus anything we think is missing from the drawing.

Director sign-off
Nothing goes out unsigned. The same signature appears again when the work is handed over.

Where we work
We run out of one yard in Ellesmere Port, so travel is a real cost and we are straight about it. Inside roughly 40 miles the plant moves the same day. Beyond that we will still price the work if the job is big enough to carry the mobilisation — ask.

Our own plant
Owned, maintained and operated in-house
We do not sub the machines in. The fleet is ours, maintained by us, and it turns up with a driver who has worked for the firm for years. That is why we can hold a programme when the weather goes against us.
